That stammer. Alfred makes a little sound, sort of a half-laugh, a noise of disbelief with himself, with the situation...but hearing Herbert caught off guard, seeing him surprised, catching the way he bites his lip...he finds he wants to keep surprising his lover.

Acting on impulse, he wraps his long fingers around the marked wrist, pulling it past his waist in one smooth motion to draw Herbert in close. He hovers his lips very close to the blonde's ear, murmuring low, steady.

"If I do anything you don't like, you are going to tell me, Engel."

It's a caring remark, a promise...but it's also a command. Out loud, and without Alfred kneecapping the tone by the end.
